Salmon Fettuccine



  • 2 oz fettuccine, you can either use normal, or salmon flavored! (Bought at Italian Store)
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce, I bought mine to save time, but you can use this recipe (tried and tested, it’s great!)
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 2 oz cooked salmon


  1. Cook fettuccine until ready
  2. Cook the salmon until ready (about 3 min each side on med high heat)
  3. Plate with arugula on the bottom, then fettuccine, then alfredo sauce, tear the salmon on top, then top with capers and dill

Simple but delicious, Enjoy!
