Tuna Nachos

I saw a picture of Tuna nachos on instagram from a foodtruck somewhere and I NEEDED to recreate it, so I made up a recipe and it shockingly turned out amazing!

Ingredients:

  1. Bag of Nacho Doritos
  2. 1 avocado
  3. 1 fillet of tuna (about 6 oz)
  4. Seaweed flakes
  5. Soysauce reduction

Soysauce reduction ingredients/directions:

  • 1/2 cup soysauce
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  1. Boil the soysauce over medium heat
  2. Add sugar
  3. reduce to a syrup (about 7 min)
  4. refrigerate

Directions:

  1. Chop the tuna up into cubes or mulch, your preference
  2. Add the soysauce reduction to the tuna and set aside
  3. plate the doritos, slice the avocado and plate
  4. Add the Tuna, drizzle with more of the reduction and sprinkle with the flakes
