Deep fried Crab Stuffed Avocados


Ingredients: Serves 1 – 2

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup crab meat (artificial or real)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp panko crumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tbsp kewpie mayo


  1. Open the Avocado, remove pit and skin
  2. Scrape out a bit more avocado from the middle to fit in more crab meat
  3. coat with flour, dip into egg wash, and coat with panko crumbs
  4. deep fry until golden brown
  5. remove from heat and place onto paper towel
  6. mix sriracha and mayo for the aioli
  7. Cut, drizzle,serve
