Another take on the classic Caesar Salad!
- about 20 – 25 Brussels sprouts, washed and halved
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- In a large pan, fry the Brussels sprouts until softened and cooked
- allow to cool
- mix the Caesar dressing, cheese, and croutons together
