Cordon Bleu Roll Ups!



  • 250 g deli ham
  • 12 slices of swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 can pillsbury pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. Roll out the pizza crust
  3. lay out the ham onto the crust, followed by the swiss cheese on top
  4. Roll up the pizza crust, almost like cinnamon buns
  5. Cut into 9 – 12 pieces, depending on how thick you want your buns
  6. Melt butter in a sauce pan, add the sugar
  7. Once dissolved, add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce
  8. Place the ham swiss bun into a baking pan and spoon the sauce over top
  9. Bake at 375 for 10 – 12 minutes until golden brown
