Beet Pasta!


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 small beets


  1. Boil the beets until cooked (about half hour)
  2. blend the beets until it is a pulp
  3. in a standing mixer (dough whisk), mix together the eggs, flour, and beet pulp
  4. add more flour if the mixture is too sticky
  5. roll out the dough with your pasta roller
  6. either cut by hand or use a pasta cutter if you have one
  7. boil for 2-3 minutes and serve
