DIY Miso Ramen Noodles with Pork Belly


Ingredients: Makes 2 servings

  • 1 tbsp. Miso paste
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 2 dry ramen disks
  • 2 egg
  • 4 Pork Belly slices
  • 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Green onion for garnish


  1. Boil the Chicken stock with the miso paste until completely dissolved
  2. Boil the ramen until cooked
  3. marinate the pork belly in the hoisin, sriracha, and honey sauce
  4. Pan fry until the pork belly is tender
  5. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes
  6. Now assemble! Add the ramen into the broth and carefully place the egg (cut in half) on top with the pork belly slices around it
  7. Garnish with strands of green onion
