Art of Plating – Tuna & Salmon Sashimi!

Want to impress everyone with minimal cooking?? This was super easy, it’s all in the plating! I got inspired after see ‘Theareofplating’ on instagram.

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tuna and salmon into the same size cubes
  2. arrange in a checker board formation
  3. add soy sauce around for background
  4. spray with truffle oil
  5. add wasabi if you wish.

Voila! It’s a sure fire hit and bound to impress!
