Pandan Creme Brulee!



Still pretty obsessed with Pandan flavored everything, I’m on a quest to see how many desserts I can make with this.


Pandan Creme Brulee Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • pandan flavoring
  • 4 cups of hot water


  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. bring the heavy cream and vanilla extract to a boil and remove from heat
  3. in another bowl, whisk the egg yolks and white sugar together until well blended
  4. add in pandan flavoring
  5. Adding the cream a little at a time while continually stirring
  6. Pour into individual ramekins and place the ramekins into a large cake pan
  7. Fill the cake pan up with the hot water until it fills about half way up the ramekins
  8. Bake the ramekins for 45 min
  9. remove from the pan & water and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days
  10. Sprinkle the top with white sugar and torch!
