Godzilla Mac & Cheese!


GODZILLA MAC & CHEESE!!! Has anyone tried this from the REEL Mac & Cheese food truck?? If you haven’t, you’re missing out. like… you haven’t started living yet. Serious. Again, if you haven’t tried this yet, this might sound like a terrible combination to you. But trust, TRUST me. It works! I found the recipe on food network and tried it out that weekend. It was amazing


  • 1 cup shredded sharp (white) chedder
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1/4 mozzarella cheese
  • 600 mL milk
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4-5 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1-2 sheets of nori (seaweed)
  • 1 tbsp seaweed sprinkle (yes, there’s such thing, easily found in any asian supermarket or local grocery store’s import aisle) This makes all the difference
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Japanese mayo


  1. Boil Macaroni
  2. In a large pot, melt butter with seasoning.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and flour, cook the flour out using a whisk
  4. Heat milk separately (to 60 C or 140 F)
  5. Stir into butter and flour mixture on low heat and whisk until it starts to thicken
  6. Add cheese gradually until all melted and mixed
  7. Drain and pour in Macaroni
  8. Tip with shredded Nori sheets and seaweed sprinkle
  9. Drizzle with teriyaki and japanese mayo
