Buffalo Cauliflower!

I have a never ending craving for buffalo wings…. but obviously I can’t eat it all the time, even if i want to. So I found a healthier alternative to buffalo wings. This some what satisfies my craving. SOME WHAT



  • Head of Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • I Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • Ranch (home made recipe below)
  • Celery or Snap peas on the side

Ranch Recipe:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 pkg ranch powder
  • Mix everything together!


  1. Cut Cauliflower into small florets
  2. 20140118_182550Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper
  3. Bake at 450F for 20-25 min or until brown
  4. Toss in a bowl and mix the Buffalo sauce in
  5. Mix ranch
