Egg Tarts

Asian Egg tarts are so good, yet so simple! I love the flakey pastry tart that you usually always get when you order them at restaurants or bakeries, but this way is much faster and easier.


Ingredients: Makes 30 egg tarts

  • 30 store bought tart shells
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. beat eggs
  3. mix the rest of the ingredients in
  4. pour into shells
  5. bake for 25 minutes

Enjoy!! It’s best when eaten asap out of the oven! The egg custard is so silky.
